Import Template Export Report
This report provides a list of selected employees or organization units and the data in these records that can be imported into PureSafety. You can use this report to export a list of employees or organization units with relevant data from PureSafety, edit the exported data outside of the system, and then import the modified data back into PureSafety. You can select to display the data used in the Employee Import template or the Organization Unit import template. Your selection depends on whether you need to modify and import employee records or organization unit records.
Right to Access and Right to Data Portability
The ‘Right of Access’ requires data controllers to provide data subjects a copy of their processed personal data upon request. In order to comply with a user's request to have access to personal data, this report serves this purpose and also serves the purpose of 'Right to Data Portability.' The report allows individuals to obtain their personal data from a system in a safe and secure way, without affecting its usability. The 'Right to Data Portability' only applies to information an individual has provided to a controller.
To import multiple organization units or locations for an employee, use semicolons as the delimiter.
