This report provides a list of open,
overdue, and completed assignments for a selected training. It also displays
certification and test score details, if applicable.
PureSafety tab > Reports > Training > Training Details
The report includes the information below.
Training type and description
Estimated and minimum time it takes to complete
the training
Gauges representing the completion percentage
and average test score. This percentage takes into account both assignments
trainees completed and assignments that a manager marked complete for them. The
average test score gauge does not display if a test is not selected.
The report displays the people who have this
assignment and the number of days the training is overdue for training in an
open state.
The report displays the people who have
completed the training, the status of the completed assignment, and the status
date for completed training. This column includes only assignments that have
reached completion. The appointment status reflects the status of the last
training unit in a training set.
The report displays the people who are
certified in the training and the date their certification expires for
certifications.
The report also includes a separate list of content
that is included in the training. The Training Content section displays the
minimum passing score for all tests.
Note: The exported version of the report does not
include the Training Content section if you export the report using the Save as
Data option in the report toolbar. However, this section is included in the
report exported using the Save as PDF and Save as Excel options in the report
toolbar.

Links to Other Reports
Click on an employee’s name to drill through to
the
Assignment
History Report. By default, the drill-through Assignment History report
is configured to run for that specific employee and assignment and to display
test results, using the Test Level Detail view.
