People Summary Report
This report provides a list of the percentages of people who have no assignments or who have assignments in various phases (overdue, open, or completed). It displays assignment completion statistics for selected employees, organization units, or groups.
The assignment statuses are described below.
- No assignments. This number includes people who have not been given any assignments.
- Open. This number includes people with assignments that have not started and that are in progress. This excludes people with overdue assignments.
- Completed. This number includes both assignments trainees completed and assignments that a manager marked complete for them
- Overdue
The results are real-time. For example, the results may vary depending on people's activity throughout the day if you run the report multiple times during the day.
