Health and safety message setup

When you need to inform your trainees about an upcoming training or deadline, you can post a health and safety message directly to their home pages. You can also include a hyperlink in the message.

Settings > System Settings > Company Information
  1. On the Safety Message screen, select Enable.
  2. Click the link icon and type a URL.
  3. Click OK.
  4. Type a message after the URL, as needed, and click Save.
Note: There is no character limit in the Message field, so you can type as must text as needed. The first 110 characters are displayed on the home page and a “Read more...” link displays if the message exceeds 110 characters.

The message displays on all of your users' home pages after you save the message.
