Run OSHA Reports

Injury administrators can run the reports they need to generate directly in IMS.

When you are finished viewing a report, click Return to Reports Icon.

Report Location

OSHA 301

PureSafety tab > IMS > Injuries screen > Open an injury record > Click OSHA 301 Report

Safety Scorecard

  1. Go to the PureSafety tab > Reports > IMS section > Click the Safety Scorecard link.
  2. Provide the information below on the parameter window.
    1. Select a location or locations. Leave this blank to include all locations. Click the Add button to open the Select LocationOrgUnitID window where you can browse and select those you want to include. Click the Select button to continue.
    2. Select the period for which you want to run the scorecard. Selecting month, quarter, or year requires that you choose the specific periods from the drop-down fields displayed. Selecting the Current Month, Current Quarter, or Current Year options requires no additional selections.
  3. Click Run to launch the report immediately. Click Schedule to open a report screen. The Schedule Report screen allows you to configure the options on the report, schedule when you want to run the report, and to whom the report should be sent.
